From the people who built it
Pricebook.vet was developed by Helpsome.ai for Nightingale Vets, a young independent practice that needed to get their arms around the CMA price list compliance. It worked so well, we felt every practice — especially small independents — deserved access to it.
Free forever for the base product is our way of paying back some of the support we’ve had from the community of independent veterinary practices. It’s the version of the tool we’d want a peer to hand us — so it’s the version we’re handing you.

Why it's free
We’re giving back to the veterinary community that helped us get here. Pricebook.vet started as a tool for one young independent practice, with input from many more along the way. Keeping the base tool free — forever, for everyone — is how we say thank you, and how we make sure small independents aren’t priced out of meeting the rules just because they don’t have a corporate backer to absorb the cost.
If we ever ship optional paid add-ons, they’ll be clearly priced and clearly optional. The base CMA-compliance product is, and will remain, free.
